Friday

The day began with a causal morning of free time.  Some went to the beach, some enjoyed the pool, some got a little extra rest.  In the afternoon, we loaded up and went in three different directions.  One group went to a large store called "JUMBO" and purchased enough food for 40 families.  The food was bagged and taken to a village and distributed, a program was shared and the gospel preached.  Another group returned to the

village to visit a school, drop off school supplies, do a program in the school, play games with the

children and teens, and then do another program and preach the gospel.  The third group went to an after-school program in Santo Domingo and did crafts and a program with middle-school aged teens, and about 15 deaf children.

Thanks to Tiffany Ayers (and her peeps) and Jess Heath for the photo contributions.
