14-20 lb test line 
#5 Beads (at least 4 are needed)
#3 1/2 Colorado spinner (at least 1 needed)
#2 1/2 Bent Clevis (1 per spinner needed)
#2 hooks (1 to 3 needed)

1. Cut line desired length

2.  Attach the first hook.  Thread the line through the eye from the TOP, and hold the line with thumb and forefinger along the shank of the hook.

 

3.  Wrap the long portion of the line around the short portion and the shank of the hook five times, then bring the long end of the line up through the eye from the BOTTOM.  Pull the long end to cinch down the knot.

4.  Add the second hook by putting the long end of the line up through the BOTTOM of the  hook.  Put the hook the desired distance from the first hook and hold the line against the shank.  Take the long end and wrap it around the line and the shank five times and then bring it back up through the eye from the BOTTOM.  Pull the long end to cinch down the knot.  Follow this step for any additional hooks

5.  String three #5 beads above the hooks.

6.  Attach the spinner to the clevis and string it on the line.  Concave side facing the hooks.

7.  String one more bead on the line.

8.  Put a loop at the end of the line by tying an overhand knot leaving the desired sided loop.
